PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating agent which keeps rubber properties and provides excellent chemical resistance, oil resistance and ozone resistance and a rubber product using the coating agent, and to provide a method for producing the rubber product. SOLUTION: This coating agent comprises an oligomer which has a main chain in which an unsaturated double bond monomer is polymerized and fluoroalkyl groups bonded to both terminals. Preferably the oligomer has a structure represented by general formula (1) [R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>are each a monofunctional organic group; RF<SP>1</SP>and RF<SP>2</SP>are each -CF<SB>3</SB>, -C<SB>2</SB>F<SB>5</SB>, -C<SB>3</SB>F<SB>7</SB>, -C<SB>6</SB>F<SB>13</SB>, -C<SB>7</SB>F<SB>15</SB>or a group represented by general formula (2) (p is 0, 1 or 2); x and y are each 0-100 and x+y≥2].
