The device has a spherical cap (10) placed in an opening (2) or a support (3) of the opening. The cap receives a spherical part (11) that is integrated with an end of a jack (1). The spherical part has a locking unit (12) to allow the movements of rotation of the spherical part in the cap following the movements of the jack. The unit is in the form of T in which a stem is integrated with an end of the spherical part.
