摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase regenerating efficiency of an adsorbent and to improve product yield by providing at least two adsorption columns with the adsorbent packed in a form like column and introducing a part of a product gas obtained at one adsorption tower and from which unnecessary gas components in a gaseous mixture are removed to the other adsorption tower during regeneration to subject to the regeneration. SOLUTION: At least two towers of the adsorption tower A and B in which the adsorbent capable of selectively adsorbing the unnecessary gas components in the gaseous mixture consisting of more than two gas components is packed in the form like column are prepared, and the gaseous mixture is introduced to one adsorption tower A under pressure with a pump 11 to adsorb the unnecessary gas components to the adsorbent, and desired gas components are discharged from a tower outlet as the product gas. During this operation, the adsorption tower B is vacuumized by an actuation of the pump 11, and a part of the product gas is supplied to a counterflow direction as a purge gas for regeneration of the adsorption tower B in a vacuum state to desorb (purge) the unnecessary gas components remaining in the adsorbent to execute the regeneration of the adsorbent.</p>
