FIELD: tobacco industry, in particular, manufacture of non-smoking products. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves, before extracting tobacco with water, providing extraction with non-polar extractant in above-critical state; directing extract for mixing with filler, such as ash, lime, vegetable oil, extract produced after extracting of Mortierella sclerotiella micromycet biomass with non-polar extractant in above-critical state, solid residue produced after subsequent extracting of Mortierella sclerotiella micromycet biomass with water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, and pectin. Mixture is prepared with the following weight ratio of components at the accuracy rate of ± 5%: ash 350; lime 50; vegetable oil 120; tobacco extract in above-critical state 32; concentrate of tobacco aqueous extract on conversion to dry substance content of 70% 333; above-critical extract of Mortierella screlotiella micromycet biomass 32; solid residue of Mortierella sclerotiella micromycet biomass 48; pectin 35. ^ EFFECT: reduced losses of nicotine and aromatizing substances. |
