FIELD: filtering and sorption material production, particularly breathing apparatuses for cleaning air from contaminating vapors and gases, namely filtering and sorption members of light-weight respirators and gas analytic filters. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves forming air flow containing fine sorbent; passing thereof through filtering material. Method of forming air flow containing fine sorbent includes creating vibratory pseudoboiling fine sorbent layer and passing air through the sorbent layer. Device comprises spray chamber with inlet orifice for compressed air, cartridge for filtering material forming installed in spray chamber; pressing cylinder with drive installed on spraying chamber and adapted for cartridge squeezing, pulsatory piston with drive means arranged in pressing cylinder and displaceable in axial direction. Device is provided with vibroexciter, bin for fine sorbent having an inlet orifice for compressed air, installed on the spray chamber and performing vibratory oscillations. Bin cooperates with vibroexciter and has gas distribution grid for fine sorbent placement. Gas distribution grid is installed between the inlet orifice for compressed air and the spray chamber. ^ EFFECT: increased sorptive capacity and protection duration of obtainer filtering material due to increased and uniformed surface density thereof. ^ 13 cl, 1 dwg, 10 ex |
