FIELD: agricultural engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in dispenser0coppers of rolled stalk feed. Proposed dispenser-chopper contains hopper with movable side walls mounted on frame and charging mechanism arranged in rear part of hopper. Feed conveyor is arranged in bottom part of hopper. Settling chamber with port is found in front part of hopper. Separating device made in form of disk rotors installed on vertical drive axles in casing is located between settling chamber and feed conveyor. Chopping members of disk rotors are installed in groups, tier by tier, in parallel planes. Auger discharge conveyor is arranged in settling chamber. Axle of rotation is located higher than upper tiers of rotor chopping members. Feed conveyor is provided with spring from side of charging mechanism. Movable side walls of hopper prevent turning of roll at chopping onto end face surface which improves operation reliability of dispenser-chopper. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of food chopping. ^ 2 dwg |
