The sleeve has a body part provided with an elastic wall (8) that delimits a screwing hole (4) and pushes a thin wall (5) from inner side of the hole. The body part delimits a space between the walls, and a projection (10) is inclined towards the base in a direction in which a screwing unit is screwed. The projection maintains pressure contact with an internal periphery surface of an assembling hole of a vehicle panel.
