<p>Even a scan-type actuator using an elastic body such as a plate spring can easily detect a scan angle with a high accuracy. A movable unit (3) not deformable is arranged at the end tip of the plate spring (2) connected to a fixed portion (1). The scan-type actuator further includes 2-phase photo sensors (SR, SL) arranged at both ends of the movable unit (3); encoder slit plates (4R, 4L) having a slit (4) below them; an origin sensor (SC); and a processing unit (13) for calculating the angle of the movable unit (3) according to the value detected by the 2-phase photo sensors (SR, SL) and the distance (L) between the count values (nA, nB) obtained by the reset of the origin sensor (SC) and the 2-phase photo sensors (SR, SL).</p> |
