The device has a frame equipped with a cutting blade, and a food pusher (1), in the form of a cap, including a support plate forming a base plate (3) whose one face (4) is integrated to a central rotary axis (5). Another face (10) with series of spikes (11) is integrated to the axis and contacts with a vegetable to cut the vegetable when a user operates a crank (6) by exercising pressure in the direction of the frame. An independent claim is also included for a pusher assembly for cutting vegetables in spiral.
