The dustbin has a partition (3) with a plane surface in which a line of maximum slope is directed towards an opening (2). The line defines a predetermined inclination angle (a), greater than 30 degrees, with a line of maximum slope of an outer wall. The angle allows emptying of one of two compartments (4, 5) when the dustbin is tilted around an axis orthogonal to the latter line till a predetermined tilting angle.
