It is intended to provide a composition being obtained from Lophyllum decastes, which becomes available in a large amount at a low cost by artificial cultivation, and capable of exhibiting an antitumor activity when orally administered. Namely, a composition originating in Lophyllum decastes fruit body which comprises a soluble fraction of a hot-water extract of Lophyllum decastes fruit body passing a ultrafiltration membrane having a molecular weight cutoff of 30000.
