摘要 <p>A surface material (23) for a pen-based input device which has a base material (16) and a surface layer (19), wherein the surface layer (19) is formed by applying a curable composition comprising a specific compound containing a (meth)acryloyl group as a primary component on the base material (16) and irradiating the curable composition with an ultraviolet ray to cure the composition, and wherein a dent, which is formed by the movement of an input pen on the surface layer (19) under a load of 200 g at a rate of 10 cm/sec, is restored within a time of 0.2 to 20 sec. The surface material (23) for a pen-based input device is excellent in restorability, sightability and the feeling of writing.</p>
