The drawbar has a knuckle joint with two arms (1, 2) having free ends integrated to respective trucks. The joint is deformed from its flat configuration to bent configuration when the drawbar is compressed along a longitudinal direction. A draw-spring (8) absorbs impact energy generated by a mutual connection of the trucks during the deformation of the joint, so that the spring enables the joint to be in flat configuration.
