COMPOSITION PROMOTING IL-12 PRODUCTION

摘要

It is intended to clarify the relationship between Agaricus blazei and IL-12 and thus provide a food having a novel function with the use of Agaricus blazei as the starting material. A composition promoting IL-12 production characterized by containing, as the main components, a lactic acid fermentation product which is obtained by adding a lactic acid bacterium to Agaricus blazei and thus effecting lactic acid fermentation and an enzymatic digestion product which is obtained by an enzymatic treatment with the addition of hemicellulase.
