The head has injection ports (3, 4) for injecting fuel or propellant jets from respective propellant or fuel components with high and low impulsions, respectively into a combustion chamber of a rocket engine. The ports are disposed with respect to each other such that addition of the components takes place in a gaseous phase under the effect of ejection of jets from one component leaving the injection port (3).
