The floor has a raw concrete covering with layers of flooring layer comprising a vapor barrier, heat insulating and pressure distributing layers, a primary coating, a sealing layer, and a protective top coating. A lightweight concrete having good thermal insulation characteristics is provided between the vapor barrier and primary coating, to constitute a heat insulating and pressure distributing layer.
