<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic money charger which has high security and enables a user to charge electronic money without requiring any cash. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic money charger includes a magnetic card reader 21 for cash card 1 and a reader-writer unit 30 for contactless IC card 2.
