Composition for topical application is an oil-in-water emulsion (A), with mean particle size of oil globules 50-1000 nm, that contains 0.01-5wt.% (active material) of aloe vera (AV). An independent claim is also included for a water-insoluble substrate with (A) added to, or impregnated into, the substrate.
