The device has two cross-linked handles (50) and a jaws mouth on the other side of the joint from the handles. A hole punch roller (60) is arranged on the end of one half (55) of the jaws mouth with a number of different punches. A hole die roller (70) is arranged on the end of the other half of the jaws mouth with a number of different dies, whereby one of the punches is a rivet punch (66) and one of the dies is a flat die.
