The device has a central locking unit (1) e.g. lock, to control movement of an activating strip (2) connected to an immobilization block (3). The strip is interrupted by two portions (4a, 4b) connected by a connecting unit (5) with double hinge (6a, 6b) to allow articulation of panels (A, B) of an opening in locking and unlocking positions. The portions are integrated permanently to the ends of the strip.
