The inner liner of preferably film material for fitting in containers has a filler cap and a delivery connector (1) fitted in the wall of the container. The delivery connector has a housing (3) with movable snap locking elements to secure the delivery connector on the container. The locking elements fit under or over a ring encompassing the container opening to positionally fix the delivery connector on the container. The ring has a polygonal shape and especially octagonal.
