The arrangement has at an electrical port a first reference potential attached with a reference potential. A constant current is provided for the supply of two constant currents working against the reference potential. The second electrical port is stamped, so that at the second electrical connection an output signal (s) with voltage levels is matched, together with the two constant currents a measure for the value of the resistance can be determined. An independent claim is included for a procedure.
