The assembly (1) consists of a container with a first compartment (2) holding the product and a second one (5) linked to (2) through an aperture (18) and open at the top to receive a cap (8). The applicator (7) is attached to (8) and made from a material that is not soluble in the product. When (8) is closed (7) is located inside (5) and pressed against a porous and elastically compressible partition (16) that separates (2) and (5).
