Rotary bearing member (2) is swivelled manually or mechanically in rest and working positions from bottom to top swivel position by twisting of plastics rotary axis member, not taking up any working forces. Coupling arm (4), during run-up into working position, engages support housing of trailer coupler by its wedge-shaped locking members, engaging similarly shaped recesses in housing.
