The machine has a supply device (2) for supplying sheets (6), and a driving belt (5) passing around rollers (4) and driving the sheets against a feed guide stop (14) of a feed board (7). A feed drive (9) synchronously drives the device (2) and rollers. A control system (12) modulates the drive speed as per a speed profile of a sheet processing machine (13) for reducing the movement of the sheets against the stop.
