摘要

Luminescence diode chip with a semiconductor body having an epitaxially grown semiconductor sequence with an active zone and a radiation decoupling surface. When in operation the active zone emits electromagnetic radiation, much of which is decoupled via the radiation decoupling surface. The chip has a screening body with a bonding layer for bonding the screening body directly to the semiconductor sequence.
