<p>Water driven off goods or material to be dried is carried by an airstream (7) to a regulator valve (14) and a cooling heat exchanger (3) carrying air from outside (19). A ventilator (2) may circulate this air. There are further heat exchangers (4,5). Condensed water may fall onto a sloping metal sheet (10) and drains into a tank at the back with a level sensor (12).
