Measuring apparatus and method for flow measurement

The measuring instrument determines coupling indicator value (KI) based on difference between instantaneous and delayed values of the phase signal derived from the measured signal (S(t)). The instrument determines the existence of phase coupling between oscillators based on comparison result of coupling indicator value with coupling reference value. An independent claim is also included for method of measuring flow in flowmeter.
