The luminous elements include fluorescent materials and a hollow light tube 2 with a phosphor coating and an electrically charged wire within it. Current is provided by a power pack connected to the light tube via a switch and optional flashing circuit. The footwear fastenings include elastic, laces, hook with loop and catches. |
