The shield has an outer reflecting facing (Ea), a tight intermediary layer (Eb) such as a bituminous layer, and an inner facing (Ec). The inner facing is less emissive and constituted of a hydrophobic fibrous mattress (7) to retain water droplets (15) without diffusiong in the mattress. The hydrophobic fibrous mattress is of a bright color and constituted of a lap (14). The shield also includes a mechanical barrier. An independent claim is also included for a roof having a shield for roof boarding. |
