The system has a pump (1) coupled to a rotor (7). Cylindrical shaped hydraulic chamber segments (2, 4, 5, 10) are inserted into a set of holes. A semicircular shaped cutting unit is attached with the rotor. The cutting unit is matched with an end zone of a sector (6). Hydraulic drive channels are connected with the hydraulic chamber segments.
