The bracket has a main element provided with a nitrogen cylinder. A side of the cylinder is housed inside a cylinder rod holder. Nitrogen gas from the cylinder is generated on a top part of the main element when an upper part of a retractable support is in contact with a spindle. The cylinder is compressed within a cam shaft. A cam is provided on the support and compressed inside the main element. The cylinder is decompressed back to an original position on the cam shaft.
