The invention is used in different benignant and malignant diseases wherein removal of the sphincter muscles or the entire colon is applied. In comprises a support ring (1) in which an inflatable sector (2) is fitted, having an outlet (3) at one of its ends to a connection element (4), and at its other end - a clipping bracket (5). To the connection element (4), a supply hose (6) is coupled, connected hydro-distributor (7), adjusting the direction of the supply of solution from the hydraulic pump (8), supplied by a hose (9) from a reservoir for physiological salt solution (10). The hydraulic distributor (7), the hydraulic pump (8), hose (9) and the physiological salt solution reservoir (10) are fitted to a belt (11), supported by the patient.
