The invention refers to microbiology, in particular to media for cultivation of Penicillium expansum CNMN FD 05 C fungi strain, producer of cellulases and may be applied for obtaining cellulose-lytic preparations used in the food, ether-bearing, textile, and pharmaceutical industries.The nutrient medium contains, in g/L of water: KH2PO4 - 1,0; CaCl2 - 0,1; KCl - 0,1; MgSO4(7H2O - 0,3; NaNO3 - 2,5; FeCl3(6H2O - 0,01; (NH4)2VO3(Gly - 0,010...0,015; microcrystalline cellulose - 10,0 and corn extract - 15,0; the pH being 4,5. The result consists in increasing the content of endoglucanases, cellobiohydrolases and (-glucosidases in the cellulose-lytic preparations.
