The invention relates to the mechanical engineering, namely to gear-wheel machining by plastic deformation. The device for plastic deformation of gear-wheels includes a body for blank fixation, a crank shaft with electric drive, coaxially placed onto which there is fixed with the possibility of rotation a unit of plastic deformation, containing threading rolls, installed onto axles, the amount of which is less by one than the amount of cogged profiles, at the same time the crank is kinematically coupled with an axle, fixed into a bracket, installed onto the body.
