The invention refers to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology. Summary of the invention consists in that it is treated the operative field, it is carried out the local and regional anesthesis, it is fixed the upper straight muscle, it is made the incision of conjunctiva from the limb and it is opened the anterior chamber, then it is made the corneoscleral incision and the anterior capsulorhexis, afterwards it is removed the crystalline lens nucleus, it is carried out the crystalline mass lavage and it is applied a separate corneoscleral suture. Then, onto the posterior capsule of the crystalline lens there is applied a 4% solution of N(2-furanidyl-5-fluorouracil) ( 0,2 ml, at the same time into the anterior chamber there is introduced 0,2 ml of sterile air and it is finally sutured the cornea, sclera and conjunctiva. Afterwards into the subconjunctival space is introduced an antibiotic and a corticosteroid preparation, it is released the superior straight muscle and is applied a monocular aseptic bandage.
