A PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING A MELAMINE RESIN INTEGRATEDLY MOLDED WOOD BOARD BY ATTACHING A MELAMINE RESIN FILM ONTO A SHEET OF WOOD DIRECTLY IN A MOLD, WHICH PROCESS COMPRISES THE STEPS OF INTRODUCING ABOUT 1.3 KG WOOD CHIPS INTO A LOWER MOLD POSITIONED IN A PRESS PER 30CM X 30CM X 2.5CM, AND OVERLAYING A SHEET OF WOOD WHICH WAS IMPREGNATED WITH A MELAMINE RESIN GLUE AND DRIED, PRESSURIZING AND HEATING IT FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES AT A TEMPERATURE ABOVE 130°C TO CURE SAID THERMOSETTING MELAMINE RESIN GLUE, DEMOLDING THE PRESS AND THE SEMI-PRODUCT BEING HELD ON THE UPPER MOLD BY SPECIALLY PRODUCED HOOKS, AFTER CLEANING UP THE LOWER MOLD INTO WHICH ARE PLACED A SHEET OF PREVIOUSLY PREPARED MELAMINE RESIN FILM AND TWO LAYERS OF WOOD SHEET WHICH HAS ALSO BEEN IMPREGNATED WITH SAID MELAMINE RESIN GLUE AND DRIED, HOT-PRESSING IT FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 80 AND 100°C, THEREAFTER DEMOLDING, OR OPTIONALLY COOLING DOWN TO BELOW 50° IN THE SAME OR ANOTHER PRESS AND DEMOLDING, TO GIVE A PRODUCT WITH A PROTECTIVE FILM OF MELAMINE RESIN. THE PRESENT INVENTION ALSO RELATES TO THESE NOVEL MELAMINE RESIN INTEGRATEDLY MOLDED WOOD BOARDS AND THEIR USE IN THE FURNITURE AND UPHOLSTERY.
