The belt has hooks (5) disposed on an inner side of the belt at an end of one of two elastic bands (4). A cam buckle (8) is fixed by a stitch (9) at an end of an elastic strap that is closed on itself for forming a handle (10). The length of the handle is adjustable by a sliding buckle. A return strand of the strap traverses the buckle (8) and its end has a part with hooks and buckles for being fixed on external side.
