Oxazolyl-pyrazole derivatives as kinase inhibitors

A compound which is an oxazolyl-pyrazole derivative represented by formula (I) and a process for preparing this compound is disclosed. The use of this compound represented by formula (I), in the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of a disease caused by and/or associated with an altered protein kinase activity is also disclosed. The disease caused by and/or associated with an altered protein kinase activity is selected from the group consisting of cancer, cell proliferative diseases, Alzheimer's disease, viral infections, auto-immune diseases and neurodegenerative diseases.
