A recombinant single chain anti-ErbB2 antibody of human origin able to inhibit growth of cells expressing the ErbB2 receptor; nucleotide sequences encoding the recombinant antibody; vector and bacteriophage comprising the nucleotide sequences; pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody; the use of the composition in the preparation of anti-proliferative and anti-tumor drugs; and process for the preparation of the bacteriophage.
