Dihydro-benzo [b] [1, 4] diazepin-2-one derivatives as MGLUR2 antagonists II

Dihydro-benzo [b] [1,4] diazepin-2-one derivatives which are of general formula I and are mGluR2 antagonists II are disclosed. A medicament comprising these compounds and a process for preparing them is also disclosed. The compounds are useful in the treatment or prevention of neurological disorders including psychosis, schizophrenia, Alzheimer's disease, cognitive disorders and memory deficits.
