The invention relates to a pesticide protein, which is encoded by a DNA molecule and has usability in the agricultural field. The DNA molecule, which encodes the pesticide protein, may be isolated during the stage of Bacillus spp growth, or variants or fragments of the protein which preserves the pesticidal activity; the DNA molecule is defined by SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 6 and SEQ ID NO: 7. The protein may be isolated from the liquid culture medium and is encoded by a sequence of nucleotides, which hybridize into a sequence of nucleotides, having SEQ ID NO: 1, 3 or 4, at the temperature of 65 C, in a buffer solution, comprising 7% SDS and 0.5 M potassium phosphate; the said protein reacts, in a crossing way, with the antibodies generated against the proteins, having SEQ ID NO: 2 or 5.
