The head has a passage pipe (13) arranged in a cylinder head cover (14) for circulating partially de-oiled gas in a chamber (15) of the cover. The chamber has alternatively opposite walls defining baffles (16) for de-oiling the gas arriving on a bottom wall (17) of the baffles, by sedimentation. The cover has a recovery chamber (20) for recovering the de-oiled gas which is circulated in downstream of an inlet value using pipes.
