A kit of parts for use in treating thrombosis is disclosed, which comprises: (a) a P2T receptor antagonist of formula (I), wherein: either R1 is 3,3,3-trifluropropyl and R2 is 2-(mthylthio)ethyl, or R1 is propyl and R2 is hydrogen, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof (component a); and (b) another anti-thrombotic agent or EtO2C-CH2-(R)Cgl-Aze-Pab-OH (component b); where components (a) and (b) are each provided in a form (which may be same or different) that is suitable for administration in conjunction with each other; and where components (a) and (b) provide a significant improvement over other anti-thrombotic treatments.
