A bracket for use with a fastener having a mounting portion for engagement with an object and an external screw thread for engaging the bracket, the bracket having an internal screw thread for engaging with the external screw thread of the fastener, and an external screw tread and a flange adapted to be disposed adjacent to the object, the flange having an internal bracket screw thread for engaging the external screw thread of the bracket whereby the position of the flange relative to the bracket may be adjusted in use.
