The floor has a technical framework (6) with a rabbet disposed along its inner upper edge. A removable floor (8) is configured and dimensioned to remain in the rabbet. The framework constitutes the upper edge of a basin (1). The basin has a base with flow orifices (2, 3) connected to a shower drain (4) so that the removable floor is placed above the flow orifice, when the floor remains in the rabbet. An independent claim is also included for a method to realize a shower floor.
