The antenna consists of a housing with a female plug (1) to receive energy provided by an emitter. The same energy is transmitted to a symmetriser (2) to ensure a symmetrical current feed to antenna components (3, 4) that are insulated from one another. The antenna also has a bidirectional electric motor (24) for wires (9, 10) which radiate electromagnetic waves.
