PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical emission detection method for preventing relative detection precision from decreasing between detection blocks even if chemical emission intensity is changed with the lapse of time, when a unit for a chemical emission analysis is divided into several detection blocks for successive detection for each detection block. SOLUTION: A group of control spots comprising a plurality of regions is provided at the unit 1 for a chemical emission analysis, and a plurality of detection blocks are set so that the group of control spots is shared. A calibration curve is guided by associating the amount of chemical emission with the amount of fixation, based on the amount of chemical emission detected from each region of the group of control spots and the amount of fixed sample fixed and arranged to each region of the group of control spots, and the amount of chemical emission detected from each region other than the group of control spots in each detection block is associated with the calibration curve, thus determining the amount of combination of the sample combined with each region.
