PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely perform powder metering for a long time in a powder metering and feeding device for measuring the weight of powder to be supplied from the powder storage room to outside continuously or intermittently and metering the supply amount. SOLUTION: The load cell 8 under the casing 2 is provided with the cover 13 having the through hole 13a so as to cover over the load cell 8. The vibrator 14 suspended from the outside of the cover 13 is connected with the load cell 8 with the rod 15 through the through hole 13a of the cover 13 so as to transmit the vibration, and the air seal material 16 is attached to the through hole 13a of the cover 13 excellent in flexibility in an axial direction of the rod 15 to maintain the airtightness.
