PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe rising structure without generating any variation due to water leakage prevention effect, which has an excellent durability and secures the piping in a stable condition. SOLUTION: The pipe rising structure is composed in such a way that a securing element 34 is mounted in a hole 16a on a floor 16 of a wash-place side and a hot water supply pipe 23 is raised and supported with the fastening element 34. According to the embodiment, after the fastening element 34 having the hot water supply pipe 23 inserted through its inside is attached to a hole 16a, an elastic sealing material 30 is filled into a space 27e between the hot water supply pipe 23 and the element 34. Then a lid member 29, having an insertion hole 29b into which the hot water supply pipe 23 is inserted through, is screwed together with the top of the element 34, so as to fix the hot water supply pipe 23 in a erected state while the elastic sealing material 30 is compressed. Also a fixing step 27a to hold the lower part of the elastic sealing material 30 is provided at the lower end of the element 34 and washers 31, 32 are provided at the top and the bottom of the elastic sealing material 30 respectively.
